1. Print-on-Demand & Custom Products

Many of our products are made to order or customized. Due to the personalized nature of these items:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design preference

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

Refunds or replacements are provided only if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • The incorrect item was received


2. Non-Custom / Stocked Products

For non-custom, stocked items:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
